Malcolm is keen to work with you to ensure the best choice of instrument for your needs. He welcomes your visit, by appointment, to 78 Trennery Avenue, in Loxton, South Australia to view and play the instruments before making a purchase.
The total amount includes the instrument, a new case, freight and freight insurance. Provided with each violin and viola is a new case and a custom made case is supplied with the acoustic guitars to accommodate their extra depth.
There is a 30 day trial period and if returned, freight, insurance and any damage not covered by insurance, is to be paid by the purchaser. A full repayment will be made on receival of the instrument. (See Returns and Refunds policy below).

Direct Deposit / International Funds Transfer
Once you have discussed your requirements with Malcolm and decided to go ahead with an order, a contract will beed to be signed and a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required for work to proceed. A receipt of payment will then be issued.
The remaining amount is to be paid when the instrument is completed and before it is freighted. Photos of the completed instrument can be emailed before final payment.
Once your instrument has been paid for, Malcolm will insure and send it via courier to your nominated address.
If for any reason you, the purchaser, are dissatisfied with the instrument, Malcolm guarantees to return the purchase price. If this occurs, you would need to pay for the insurance and return of the instrument, free of any damage, and dispatch it within 30 days of receiving it, to 78 Trennery Avenue, Loxton SA 5333.
